A great value option for those businesses not managing large numbers of suppliers. The invoice and payment load is manageable and weekly reporting and reconciling is overkill!

What’s included?

You’ll have a dedicated bookkeeper on hand for questions, queries, troubleshooting and support for anything bookkeeping, whenever you need it. 

We provide a premium DEXT Subscription for automated processing of your invoices and receipts.

How it works

You pay your invoices by internet banking or company card, whenever you like.

You upload your invoices and receipts into Xero via the DEXT app.

We then check, code and reconcile these to your bank feeds, allocating GST rates and categories each month.

We assign your incoming revenue from your bank feeds. We then let you know when everything is finalised and that your Profit and Loss statement is ready.

Your suppliers and payables are managed day to day by yourself to control your cash flow. Xero reports are there whenever you want to see your position.
